    "通钢事件"

    一个具有代表意义的事件,只是这一事件表现的更为激化。这里的关键角色吉林省国资委、地方政府、通化钢铁和建龙集团都代表了什么,值得研究。国有企业改制引起的利益纷争矛盾冲突有太多想象的空间。让我想起另两起事:1. 上汽双龙在韩国的遭遇。中国的工会在哪里?2. 严介和。我曾经推断此人不久必到,但是至今仍未倒。更是,在书店哲学柜台看到他的几本书(虽然噱头的成分居多)。此人要好好研究。

    "铁本案"

    这里的关键角色是中央政府、地方政府和民营企业。民营企业是草,无论长的多高,仍是需要依靠树干(地方政府),但政策是杆,一杆子打过来,草是折了,树干没事。所以,看好风向标最重要。

    "陕西山川" "造林"

    虽然仍无定论,但可以作为一奇案研究。一个政府多次嘉奖并宣传报道的公司,一日之间变为诈骗“非法吸收公众存款罪”,堪称奇案。民营企业是杂草,它的发展必要有原罪吗?政府部门的责任在哪里?民营企业筹集资金的渠道?其他值得研究类似有孙大午案和蚁力神案。

    "山东钢铁" "日照钢铁" "重组"

    又一个值得研究的案例。亏损的山东钢铁收购了盈利的日照钢铁,而且完全不可抗拒。有意思的话题:国营和民营的角力?地方政府发展思路的冲动?让我想起,新近的一个则新闻“中国企业500强净利润首次超美国500强”。中国人喜大。但是刨去垄断因素,中国的大企业和美国企业的竞争优势在哪里呢??
